Virgin Island National Park Overnight Mooring

Virgin Island National Park Overnight Moorings are located on the north and south shore surrounding the island of St. John. Overnight moorings are available on a first-come, first-served basis only. Visitors are required to physically arrive at the mooring to purchase and claim a spot. Once on-site, you can pay for your mooring by scanning a QR code using the Recreation.gov mobile app at the self pay floating paystation. Download the free Recreation.gov mobile app on Android or iOS prior to your arrival as some remote areas have limited or no cellular service. Moorings are available for day use and overnight use.
