Taos Junction Group Shelter
Taos Junction group area is located in the Orilla Verde Recreation Area of Rio Grande del Norte National Monument. There is no long a shelter at this location. The location is equipped with a concrete pad, picnic tables, and fire pit. The group shelter is available year-round on a first-come first-served basis. The shelter is reservable from 11AM the day of a reservation until 10AM the following day. Recreational activities around Rio Bravo Group Shelter include class II and III boating, climbing, hiking, swimming (with a life jacket), fishing, wildlife viewing, and picnicking. There is no longer a shelter at this site . This site can accommodate a group of 40 visitors.
