Shenoah Picnic Area

Shenoah Picnic Area is located in Blacksmith’s Fork Canyon on the banks of the Blacksmith Fork River about 9 miles from Hyrum, Utah at an elevation of 5,600 feet. Visitors enjoy hiking, fishing and exploring off-road trails. Mountain bikers can follow Forest Road 245 to the Great Western Trail,a multi-use trail, near the Blacksmith Fork Guard Station. Scenic drive the roads or hike area trails while watching for wildlife. Shenoah Picnic Area has a group picnic area made up of 9 individual picnic sites and a group campfire ring. When the group site is not reserved, picnic sites that make up the group site may each be rented on a first come, first serve basis for day use until 12 PM.
