Pioneer Campground (Ut)
Pioneer campground is located on the banks of the Blacksmith Fork River about 9 miles from Hyrum, Utah at an elevation of 5,600 feet. This little campground has many nicely secluded sites tucked under Black Willow and Box Elder trees. Visitors enjoy hiking, fishing and exploring off-road trails. Mountain bikers can follow Forest Road 245 to the Great Western Trail,a multi-use trail, near the Blacksmith Fork Guard Station. Scenic drive the roads or hike area trails while watching for wildlife. This campground has 17 single sites each with a picnic table and fire ring. Vault restroom facilities are available at this site.

Getting there
In Hyrum, UT, at the intersection of State Rts.165 and 101, take Rt.101 east 8 miles to the campground sign. Turn right at the sign into the campground.
