While located only a few miles from Wellfleet town center, when sitting on the deck enjoying the company of friends and family, you will feel miles away from the stress of everyday life. The Bay View House is a three-bedroom, one-bathroom home that sleeps seven. This spacious, well-equipped home will make your stay at Cape Cod National Seashore memorable. Peak Season Nightly Rate: $450 . Non-Peak Season Nightly Rate: $300 . Refundable Security Deposit: $250 (per reservation) . There is a mandatory 5-night minimum stay for reservations. Getting there
388 Bound Brook Way, Wellfleet, MA 02667. From US-6, turn west on to Bound Brook Island/Coles Neck Road and follow the road for approximately 3 miles. For the last 1 mile of the drive, this is a dirt road through the forest. You will pass the Atwood Higgins House.
