Campsite AtlasYellow Pine Campground (Ut)
Yellow Pine Campground is located on the Mirror Lake Scenic Byway at an elevation of 7,200 feet. The byway is part of the Uinta Mountains of northeastern Utah, which are known for their abundant recreational opportunities and scenic beauty. This is not the same campground as the Yellowpine on the southern slope of the Uinta Mountains near Rock Creek. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails crisscross this beautiful region, including Yellow Pine, North Fork and Shingle Creek Trails, which all begin nearby. Off-road vehicle trails are in the vicinity. The Lower Provo River is below the site and across the highway, offering good trout fishing.

Getting there
In Kamas, UT, at the intersection of State Rt. 32 (Main St.) and State Rt. 150 (Center St.), take Rt. 150 (Mirror Lake Scenic Byway) east 6.8 miles to the campground sign. Turn left at the sign into the campground.
