Campsite AtlasTemple Bar Campground
Temple Bar Campground is located along the eastern portion of Lake Mead in Arizona. It’s open year-round and features paved sites that can accommodate tents or RVs, along with tables, fire pits and/or grills. Restrooms and water spigots are located throughout the campsites. Temperatures usually surpass 100F (37C) degrees June-August. In May and September, daytime highs are around 90F (32C). October-April, temperatures are much cooler. Lows can dip to freezing temps December-February. The area averages 4 inches of rain each year. Vegetation provides some shade. Visitors enjoy coming here for the peace, solitude and pristine night skies. Enjoy the Temple Bar area by land or water.

Amenities & rules
Fees: There is a park entrance fee. The daily entrance (1-7 days) fee is $25 per vehicle. All Interagency and Lake Mead Passes are valid for entry for one vehicle. Full fee schedule can be found on the park website www.nps.gov/lake .

Getting there
Located along the eastern portion of Lake Mead in Arizona. Access from the south from Kingman, Arizona, or from the north from the Las Vegas Valley. The Temple Bar Road turnoff from U.S. Highway 93 is 50 miles north of Kingman and 18 miles south of the Nevada/Arizona border. The campground is about 26 miles from the turnoff to Temple Bar.
