Sedalia Campground (Sc)

Sedalia Campground is located on the Enoree Ranger District of Sumter National Forest. It's location in the piedmont of South Carolina, Union County and provides year round camping opportunities. The campground is surrounded by a mixed pine-hardwood forest with an elevation of approximately 570 feet. Long hot summers and mild winters are the norm for the Enoree Raanger District. Winter temperatures range from low 40's to upper 60's degrees and summer temperatures range from muggy high 80's to high 90's. Sedalia offers five year round primitive campsites and an additional seven seasonal campsites during big game deer and turkey seasons.

Fees: ALL campsites are by Reservations Only, outside of the hunting seasons, for campsites 1 through 5 at recreation.gov. Site 1 is a group standard nonelectric site at $10 per night and sites 2 through 5 are standard nonelectric single sites at $5 per night.

Getting there

Sedalia Campground, Union County- From Junction Highway 49 & Hwy. 176:. At intersection of Highway 49 and 176, drive west on Hwy. 49, 8 miles. Turn left, south onto 44-481, Bombing Range Road, and drive 1.9 miles. Sedalia Campground entrance is on the left side of the road.
