Campsite AtlasCamp Roosevelt
Camp Roosevelt Campground is the site of the first Civilian Conservation Corps Camp in the Nation. Follow the path through the CCC camp and view the foundations where the actual buildings once stood. Proud and lofty oak trees create the perfect atmosphere for enjoying a simple picnic or camping out with friends or family. This location is available on a first-come, first-served basis only. Visitors are required to physically arrive at the campground to purchase and claim a site. Once on-site, you may be able to pay for your campsite(s) by scanning a QR code using the Recreation.gov mobile app, and the Scan and Pay feature.

Getting there
From I-81: Take exit 279. Turn east on SR 675. At intersection of US 11 and SR 675 in the center of Edinburg (T-intersection), turn left onto US 11. Make another right turn back onto SR 675 at the north end of Edinburg. Follow SR 675 for 5.9 miles over Massanutten Mountain to STOP sign at Kings Crossing (T-intersection).
