The facility sits in the eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains in close proximity to the Ansel Adams Wilderness, Yosemite National Park and Mono Lake. The town of June Lake offers the convenience of shopping and dining, while the surrounding land and lakes provide ample outdoor recreation opportunities. Getting there
June Lake Campground is about 350 miles north of Los Angeles and 150 miles south of Reno, Nevada. Take U.S. Highway 395 to its southern junction with Highway 158. Take 158 for 2.3 miles. The campground is on the right just past the fire station, in the town of June Lake.
