Cassidy Bridge Primitive Camp is situated in the Andrew Pickens Ranger District in Oconee County in the western corner South Carolina. The camp sits on the Chauga River, with the Chattooga River a short drive away. Popular activities include hunting, hiking, horseback riding, fishing, whitewater rafting and sightseeing. Campers: Please remember to lock the gate after driving through, do not leave it unlocked. Thank you . Big-game and turkey hunting are very popular activities in the area. The camp is also a favorite of groups who enjoy hiking, whitewater rafting and fishing.

Getting there
From Walhalla, SC, drive 5 miles north on Highway 28. Turn left on Whetstone Road, and follow it for three quarters of a mile to Cassidy Bridge Road. Turn left on Cassidy Bridge Road, and follow it for 5 miles to the campground.
