Hemlock Lake Campground

Hemlock Lake Campground sits at a beautiful 28-acre, man-made reservoir surrounded by stands of mixed conifers. This reservoir is 33 feet at its deepest point. It is stocked with trout which provides for good fishing from the banks or by boat. Hike the loop around the lake, sit at the nearby picnic area, or put your boat in at the boat ramp. OHV Trail Access. Fishing. Canoeing/Paddling Boarding/Kayaking. Boating - non-motorized. Hiking. . 14 tent/trailer sites. Two vault toilets. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. Grey water waste sumps. First come, first serve. . Visitors to the Umpqua National Forest are often taken aback by the unique landscapes of southwestern Oregon.

Getting there

From Roseburg, OR, turn onto OR-138 east /northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. Continue on OR-138 approximately 16 miles until you reach the Little River Road/NF Road 27 on the right side of the highway. Turn right on to Little River Road /NF Road 27. Follow Little River Road for 32 miles to the Hemlock Lake Campground.
